Anticipation!

This super sweet couple is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first baby and I'm just soooooo excited for them!


Okay, that's a lie. This would be their first baby:) I always seem to leave the family pets out of photos for some reason, but I couldn't resist this little guy. I definitely hold a special place in my heart for wieners... besides, who could pass up the chance to add a wiener to any sentance. (hee hee!) This little pooch has no idea what he is in for!






And now I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of your new baby too. I'm so glad to have met you two and I can't wait to meet her!

WHEEEEEEE!

Just a few more shots from my session with little "S" and her family last weekend. She is just the most beautiful girl ever! If arranged marriages were acceptable in our society, I would definitely try to arrange something between her and my son:) I think he would be in favor of this as well. As I was editing this session, my kids who know the back of my head all to well were getting into all kinds of shenanigan's, but my son who could usually care less what I am doing started going ballistic insisting that I give him a closer look at what I was doing. His eyes lit up and he got the most devious smile on his little face. I am just sure it was love at first sight. Anyway, we had tons of fun and I'm pretty sure she will put a smile on your face as well.
















Thanks for a great session "W" family and I can't wait to meet your new addition very soon! We'll have to talk about the whole arranged marriage thing later, say... 30 years from now:)

Fresh out of the "Oven"

Check out this little guy! at only 8 days old he is one of my youngest clients, and I loved every second with him and his new family. As for him, he was loving this blanket that his late great grandmother made for him and I'm sure he will cherish it for many years to come. Such a precious gift, as he is too!




And such a good sleeper too!

Okay... So what if it's still a million degrees outside. Christmas will still be here in 15 short weeks. And that means that I'm about to be a super busy girl, so I have planned on some super fun holiday mini sessions to get all your family portraits done for the holidays.



More details:
* The purpose of these sessions is to focus on getting amazing images for your 2008 Holiday cards - Whoo Hoo! You can choose whether you want the focus to be on just the kiddos or the whole family, and that is what my camera and I will stick to. Of course if time allows it , I will do both the family and some individuals.
* Sessions are based on families of 4, there will be a $20 charge for each additional family member
* Web galleries will be posted 2 weeks after your session date
* your $50 print credit is only good for gift prints, you may not use this toward an upgrade or additional cards
* All orders must be placed by November 16th to ensure holiday delivery
* Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Once your spot is requested, you will be sent a link to pay via pay pal and when your payment is confirmed, viola! your mini session is booked.


Mini Session Extras:
* Additional holiday cards. All cards include envelopes also.
-pack of 24 flat front/back holiday cards - $50
-pack of 24 premium 5x7 folded holiday cards - $75
*Individual image files
- Like making your own holiday cards? No problem, purchase an individual file and you can choose how to use it for $50
*Disc of your entire web gallery - $100 WOW!

What if I already took your photos this year and you want to use them for your holiday cards you say? You lucky ducks are going to receive a smoking hot deal. Purchase your cards from me and get each pack of 24 cards for $40 - Yipee, that's $10 off! Or go for gusto and purchase the premium folded cards for $60 per pack of 24, Yee ha, that's $15 off.

What if the whether is bad on the day of our session you say? No sweat, I have planned a snow day... alright fine, a rain day. If we need to reschedule a date, it will be on Sunday, October 26th.

Birthday Girl

This little sweetie pie is getting ready to celebrate her first birthday. This shot just cracks me up, so I had to include it in this post:) Already at the tender age if 1, she feels like the rest of the world when it comes to family picture time! I can't blame her though, I must look like a crazy woman jumping around like who knows what. Of course my focus is to capture those moments that make your heart melt. But all too often we forget about those moments that make you laugh out loud. This was one of those moments for me, thanks "K"

I am currently IN LOVE with color photos, but it is undeniable what black and white can do to an image. Sometimes I just can't decide.

OMG! I have seriously been laughing for the past half hour while editing these!!! She is just too darn cute! There was no way I could pick a favorite but here are just a few.



I just got these leg warmers and HAD to try them out on a willing tushie, I mean baby! So this is baby "K" And she was the most precious tush model EVER!!!

Remember this little guy? He was just convinced that he was going to have a baby sister even though the sex of his new sibling was kept a secret.


Well, meet his brand new baby sister "M". Does he know his stuff or what?


She was so excited for he photo debut, that she just did not feel like going night night! She was so very alert and those cheeks make me want to dust off the old infant car seat and have one more!! Aaaaahhhh! I suppose I am just content to take this little sweetie's pics for now:)




We can't forget about big bro "H"! Along with introducing me to his new baby sis, he was eager to show me his new puppy, his new cars, his new trucks, his new stairs, his new basket, his new... Some stuff was old, some new, but all very entertaining! Keep it up "H" you are a super big brother!

Doesn't everyone want to pregnant with their best friend? How about their twin sister! Why not both? These two twinsies are good friends of mine from waaaay back. I'm so glad that they are prego together and that I got to get their matching bellies in front of my camera! I especially can't wait to get those babies in front of my lens in a few weeks!!!


Little "P" has frequented my blog before and I just love him to pieces, he can't wait to squeeze his new baby sis!

I absolutely love this image in color, but there is something about the version below that I find interesting too. I have been playing with some new editing tools. Fun stuff, but with my vast computer skills, they may take me a while to perfect. So this may not be the look that I was going for, but there is something about it that I do love:)
